The Vine is a CCNM & NSA establishment that has been run by students, for students for over 15 years. It has strived to connect students within the school and community by publishing a variety of student work - including events, articles, stories, drawings, photography, and recipes, among other things. We want to connect you to your peers and provide an outlet to share your creative genius, talents, and inspirations.
Unfortunately, despite ongoing efforts to increase readership and encourage participation, our school newsletter is starving! We need YOUR INPUT! Here are some ways you can help:
Send your thoughts, feedback, or ideas for The Vine to firstname.lastname@example.org
Contribute to The Vine
Single submissions → all student contributions are accepted!
Monthly column! Not quite ready for your own blog, or want to boost your personal blog posts? Share your ideas/recipes/inspirations on a regular basis.
Ideas for submissions include (but are NOT limited to):
Club, event, or experience (travel, activity, etc.)
Talent showcase → photography, art, videos, etc.
Advice articles → Eg. study tips for CCNM/NPLEX/etc., relationships, self-care, the list goes on!
Topics of interest → beauty, health, exercise, products …. Basically anything!
Event advertising (must be CCNM related, or directly applicable to the student body)
See below for general guidelines on article submissions.
3. Join The Vine team! Help us share student submissions via our blog and e-newsletter!
SOME EXCITING NEWS! We will be starting a new initiative where 1 item from each newsletter edition will receive a prize for being the "Submission of the Month". It can be any format (video, visual, or written) and the winner will be chosen by The Vine's editing team!
We appreciate all of your hard work and look forward to sharing everything CCNM!
